As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the Maintenance, Janitorial and Grounds staff at our clients apartment complexes in Hattiesburg. Youll manage the budgets, undertake maintenance purchases for parts and equipment and co-ordinate preventative maintenance schedules. Supervising and inspecting units prior to occupation, youll ensure the turnover process is followed in accordance with company guidelines and monitor maintenance procedures and performance standards.
